When we suffer injuries, it’s often instinctive to rest and use the affected areas as little as possible. Rest is an important part of recovery, but there will often come a time, where the injury has recovered as much as it can. It’s at this point where the body has to start to use the affected area again to get the area back to (or as close to) normal function.

Following adequate recovery and approval from your doctor/physio/specialist, we can provide you with the necessary program to get you back to health. Using exercises to strengthen the injured areas, as well as ensuring any muscle imbalances that have become from the injury, and getting you back to full fitness.
